This Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as the “Policy,” has been prepared to transparently explain the types of information collected from users of interfaces within the ecosystem and how such information is used. Given the nature of decentralized finance, please be aware of the public nature of on-chain data and review this Policy carefully. *** ### Article 1. Categories of Information Collected and Methods of Collection We may collect the following information when you use the AllBlue ecosystem Interface, including liquidity provision, AllBlue V2/V3 liquidity pools, single pools, NFT pools, smart-routed Swaps, and related features. * **Financial and On-Chain Information:** Essential public data required for on-chain interactions, including the personal wallet address connected when using the service, unique transaction identifiers, token balances, and related on-chain data. * **Usage and Technical Data:** Your access IP address, internet service provider, operating system, browser type, access time, activity history within the service, including clicks and Swap routing paths, and device identifiers. * **Communication Data:** Your email address and inquiry details provided when you directly contact us through customer support, official communities, or similar channels. * **Cookies and Tracking Technologies:** We may use first-party cookies or third-party analytics tools for traffic analysis, fraud prevention, and service optimization. *** ### Article 2. Purposes of Using Collected Information The collected information is used only for the following purposes. * **Operation and Optimization of the Interface:** To ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimal smart-routing functionality of the AllBlue ecosystem Interface. * **Improvement of User Experience and Development of New Features:** To analyze user usage trends, improve the user interface and user experience, and develop new features. * **Fraud Monitoring and Security Enhancement:** To monitor and prevent anti-money laundering (AML) risks, terrorist financing, abnormal access using automated programs, and other fraudulent or unauthorized activities. * **Legal and Regulatory Compliance:** To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements and to enforce legal rights, including the Ecosystem Terms and Conditions. *** ### Article 3. Sharing of Information and Disclosure to Third Parties We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties except as described in this Policy. However, we may share information in the following cases. * **Verified Third-Party Service Providers:** We may share information with verified third-party service providers that support data storage, traffic analysis, security audits, and similar services. In such cases, the information is provided in an anonymized or aggregated form so that individuals cannot be identified. * **Legal Requests from Authorities:** We may share information when there is a lawful request for information from relevant government agencies, regulatory authorities, or judicial authorities for the investigation of illegal activities. *** ### Article 4. Data Immutability Specific to Decentralized Ecosystems The AllBlue ecosystem operates on public blockchains, including but not limited to the **Avalanche C-Chain**. Due to the decentralized nature of blockchain ledgers, wallet addresses and transaction histories are transparently disclosed and permanently preserved. Accordingly, we expressly notify users that the general right to delete personal information cannot technically be applied to data recorded on-chain. *** ### Article 5. Third-Party Services and Responsibility for Wallet Security We do not control your personal wallet, such as MetaMask, and we do not collect or store recovery phrases, seed phrases, or private keys. You are solely responsible for securely managing your wallet credentials. If such credentials are lost, we cannot intervene in the recovery of your assets. In addition, data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, you assume the risks associated with transmitting information online. *** ### Article 6. Retention Period of Information and User Rights For off-chain data, we retain information only for the period necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled, such information will be destroyed without undue delay. Subject to applicable laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your off-chain information held by us, such as email addresses and certain technical data. However, blockchain on-chain data described in Article 4 is excluded from these rights due to its technical immutability. *** ### Article 7. Prohibition on Use by Minors and Cross-Border Transfers The AllBlue ecosystem is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and individuals below this age are not permitted to use the service. In addition, for the provision of global services, your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including countries where data protection regulations may differ from those of your country. *** ### Article 8. Changes to this Policy and Contact Information We may update this Policy from time to time in response to changes in applicable laws and regulations or modifications to ecosystem features. Any material changes will be announced through the website. If you continue to use the service after such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
