# Overview

AllBlue V3 is a liquidity and Swap protocol based on the Concentrated Liquidity model.

Unlike traditional AMMs that distribute liquidity across the entire price range, AllBlue V3 allows liquidity providers to allocate liquidity within selected price ranges.

Each liquidity position is managed independently and represented as a Position NFT.

AllBlue V3 operates on **Avalanche C-Chain** as one of the core liquidity components of the AllBlue ecosystem.

AllBlue V3 complements AllBlue V2 by providing a more flexible liquidity structure based on selected price ranges.

Supported b-Tokens issued through AllBlue Stable may also be used in supported V3 Pools.
